John Conidi, BBus, CPA
Managing Director 

Mr Conidi, a Director, major shareholder, and one of the founders of the Radiology Group, has played a critical role in the strategy and management, that has driven the rapid growth of the radiology business.  He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and is a CPA. Mr Conidi currently runs the radiology group operations.

Dominik Kucera 
Executive Director, CFO 

Mr Kucera has held various senior financial roles in both listed and private organisations.  His experience includes working with such companies as Orica, Brambles, Ticketmaster 7, and as CFO of a listed telecommunications business. 

Steven Sewell
Independent Non Executive Director 

Mr Sewell is a Division Director of the Real Estate Group of Macquarie Bank Limited and is the CEO of Macquarie CountryWide Trust, with overall responsibility for the Trust's business operations and investment strategy.  Macquarie CountryWide Trust is an ASX listed real estate investment trust, currently owning a portfolio of over 270 retail properties in five countries with a value in excess of A$4.5b.

Mr Sewell has over ten years in the property investment and management industry.  He is an active member of the Retail Lease Law and Planning sub-committee of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.  He is a graduate in Science form the University of Melbourne. 

Andrew Harrison, BCom Hons, MAICD 
Non Executive Director

Mr. Harrison has significant experience in both senior management and board positions in publicly listed companies. He has held senior positions in a number of major organisations including Brambles, and has played leading roles in strategy, management, and business development across a number of sectors.

Prior to forming Capitol Health Limited, Andrew was Managing Director of Neptune Marine Services Limited, and played an integral role in the initial public offering of that company in April 2004, and the subsequent global commercialisation of its unique technology. He was a non executive director of ASX listed Neptune Marine Services Limited until March 2006, and is currently a Director of ASX listed C @ Limited. Previously he has worked as a management consultant for such clients as Chubb Australasia and has been CEO of a Melbourne based marketing consultancy. Mr. Harrison also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing and Commercial Law from Curtin University in Western Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
