Capitol Health conducts 400,000–500,000 procedures every year and employs over 300 employees and contractors.
Capitol Health is focused on the profitable expansion of its radiology business both by organic growth and by acquisition. Capitol Health recently completed the purchase of IM Medical Ltd’s radiology business which has secured its position as the second largest provider of diagnostic imaging services in Victoria.
There has been substantial consolidation in the Australian radiology industry; however, Capitol Health believes there is considerable opportunity to further consolidate the industry by acquiring, and establishing new clinics that deliver bulk billed services. Capitol Health is well placed to pursue its strategy of expansion through acquisition and organic growth.
