John Conidi, BBus, CPA
Managing Director
Mr Conidi has more than seven years of experience in developing, acquiring and managing businesses in the healthcare industry, with a focus on diagnostic imaging. His role in strategy, management and business development for Capitol Health has driven the rapid expansion of the Group.
Mr Conidi is a Chartered Practicing Accountant (CPA) and currently manages the operations of the Radiology Consolidated entity. He has a Bachelor of Business from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Dominik Kucera
Executive Director, CFO
Mr Kucera has held senior financial roles in both listed and private Australian and multinational organisations. His experience includes working with companies such as Orica, Brambles, Ticketmaster 7, and as CFO of ASX-listed Sirius Telecommunications from its initial listing in 2000 to 2005. He has experience in managing finance, human resources, marketing and IT functions for businesses.
Steven Sewell
Non-Executive Director
Mr Sewell is an Executive Director of Charter Hall Retail Management Limited (ASX:CQR), Chief Executive Officer of the Trust and Chairman of Charter Hall Real Estate Management Services Group (CREMS), which provides all property level services to CQR, including property management, retail leasing, financial management and regulatory and OH&S compliance.
Mr Sewell has over 12 years’ experience in the property investment and management industry. He is an active member of the Retail Lease Law and Planning sub-committee of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and The Geelong College.
Andrew Harrison, BCom Hons, MAICD
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Harrison has significant experience in both senior management and board positions in publicly listed companies. He has held senior positions in a number of major organisations including Brambles, and has played leading roles in strategy, management, and business development across a number of sectors.
Prior to forming Capitol Health Limited, Andrew was Managing Director of Neptune Marine Services Limited. He was a non-executive director of ASX listed Neptune Marine Services Limited until March 2006, and is currently a Director of ASX-listed C @ Limited. Mr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing and Commercial Law from Curtin University in Western Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
